Lodge Craigielea - No.1218 on The Roll of the Grand Lodge of Scotland.Just a few words to say thanks to all the bretheren of Lodge Craigielea and visitors for making my year so far a most memorable one. A special thanks to my 2 wardens who have supported me from day 1, Jim McCormack Jr PM , who has stood in at every meeting as WJW and Barry Dempster WSW, who has done an outstanding job. I would like to add my thanks to all those who attended our Annual Dance on the 22nd May. It was a great success. I hope all the bretheren of Lodge Craigielea have a great summer and hope to see you all back and recharged in the Autumn.
Billy Cunningham RWM.
The annual dinner dance has been booked for 22nd May 2010 at Anchor Bowling Club at 6.30 pm. We will be joined by visiting brethren from Lodge St. Clements from Aberdeen, who will also be conferring an Entered Apprentice degree at the Temple on the same afternoon.
R.W.M William Lang Cunningham, Past Masters, Office Bearers and Brethren are looking forward to seeing as many members coming back to Lodge Craigielea and back into Freemasonry. If you haven't been for a while, months, even years, don't worry. A warm welcome awaits everyone.
If you want to talk to someone before you decide - please feel free to make contact via this website and someone will get back to you. Meetings are still every 2nd and 4th Mondays.
Freemasonry needs you, Lodge Craigielea needs you.
R.W.M William (Billy) Cunningham.
Lodge Inchinnan No. 1405 will once again be organising the putting together of this years Christmas Parcels, which will be delivered to worthy recipients in the community. The scale of this task is huge as there are several hundred parcels to pack and organise into blocks belonging to individual lodges in the Province.
Therefore any brethren looking to volunteer a few hours, to assist in the process, please make your interest known to the R.W.M and/or be at Lodge Inchinnan for approx, 9 a.m. on the morning of Sunday 13th Dec 2009. It's all for a good cause and many hands make light work as they say.
